Mazaka IBomma Review
Performances
- Sundeep Kishan carries the film with ease, showing good comic timing and emotional depth. However, his over-the-top acting in the second half weakens his performance.
- Ritu Varma looks glamorous but has limited scope to perform.
- Rao Ramesh dominates with his comic mannerisms and strong screen presence, but some of his dialogues feel repetitive.
- Anshu Ambani’s comeback is decent, adding emotional weight in key scenes.
- Murali Sharma does well as a rich businessman but his character lacks depth.
- Ajay’s performance as the cop is loud and unnecessary, making his scenes irritating.
Technical Aspects
- Direction: Trinadha Rao Nakkina handles the first half well but loses grip in the second half, making it illogical and stretched.
- Screenplay & Writing: The father-son dynamic is engaging in the first half, but the romantic track is weak. The comedy works in parts, but the second half feels like a drag.
- Music & BGM: Leon James delivers a mixed album. The songs are energetic, but the BGM is forgettable.
- Cinematography: Nizar Shafi’s visuals are colorful, adding vibrancy to the film.
- Editing: Chota K Prasad could have trimmed unnecessary scenes in the second half, which would have improved the film’s pace.
