Rajadhani Files IBomma Review
“Rajadhani Files” plunges into the turbulent struggle of Amaravathi’s farmers against the government’s controversial plan to create three capitals. At the heart of the narrative is Gautam, portrayed by Pushparaj Akilan, whose father (Vinod Kumar) holds sway over 40 villages in the Airavati region of Arunarashtra. Initially, Gautam’s father, at the behest of then Chief Minister Prajakiram, convinces villagers to relinquish their fertile lands for the development of the capital Airavati, promising a bright future. Supported by his mother (Vani Vishwanath), they see this as a boon for their community.
However, the tides turn drastically when a new regime led by KRS takes charge, advocating for power decentralization and the establishment of three separate capitals. This political shift sends shockwaves through Gautam’s plans, especially as he’s secured a job opportunity in the United States, and also affects Aiswarya (Veena Panchaparavala). The film intricately navigates the ripple effects of this governmental change on the lives of these characters and the wider implications for the region.
